Clark’s Late Heroics Lift Fever Past Mystics, 78-76

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Caitlin Clark delivered in the clutch Monday night, knocking down a game-winning 3-pointer in the final seconds to give the Indiana Fever a thrilling 78-76 victory over the Washington Mystics.

Clark finished with a team-high 19 PTS, shooting 40% from beyond the arc while adding 5 AST. Her final shot capped off a tightly contested battle that came down to the wire.

The game also marked Clark’s return to Washington, D.C., where she had not played since September 19, 2024. The star guard once again drew a packed crowd and delivered a memorable performance, proving why she remains one of the WNBA’s biggest attractions.

Despite a strong effort from the Mystics, the Fever capitalized when it mattered most, with Clark’s late-game heroics securing Indiana’s hard-fought road victory.
